FIXMYSTREET IN LL65 2BX
The following problems have been reported on Fix My Street within 2 miles of LL65 2BX:
Deep, narrow pothole directly in the path of cyclists, 18th April
Deep, narrow pothole, lying directly in the path of cyclists, alongside the double-manhole cover that's situated between the last bungalow and the bus stop. Highly dangerous as it's difficult to see, but deep and dangerous - if a cyclist only spots it at the last moment they may be forced to swerve out into the path of overtaking vehicles. Pothole has been developing for several months, but has become markedly worse recently. Needs fixing.

Large dead animal on beach, 27th September
Large dead animal, looks to be a horse or maybe a cow, washed up on the beach. Been there at least four days and has washed further up the shore in that time. Not necessarily causing a problem but it's right by the coastal path and not particularly pleasant. Wouldn't be very nice if it washed away and turned up on one of the beaches used by families either.

Long traffic delays, 6th July
There are currently 4 way traffic lights at the junction of Lon St Ffraid and Lon Isallt includes Lon Towyn Capel too. O’Connor utilities currently working on Lon Isallt. Surely the lights can at least be reduced to 3 way and exclude Lon Towyn Capel. Hopefully the lights can just be restricted to Lon Isallt. This is the 3rd week of long delays please do something about it

The turning into Trearrddur Road, 24th January
How many more accidents and possible fatalities do there have to be at the entrance to this large expanding housing estate before the council gets a compulsory purchase order for the large wall which obscures the view of the traffic coming down the hill. This wall needs to be purchased and demolished to make the entrance acceptably safe for the entrance to be widened and be in plain view. I have to ask the question why was this not anticipated and put into action before all the buildings were erected and now, they have, and it’s been proven to be a real safety problem why has this not been urgently addressed. URGENT action is required before it claims others.

Concealed entrance to Trearddur Road, Trearddur Bay, 6th October
A risk assessment is urgently needed for the entrance to Trearddur Road It is a major H & S issue as the entrance is nearly invisible as you come up and down the hill. The traffic coming down the hill is often picking up speed. There is no signage to show there is a side road visible although I think there may be one behind The trees. One person has been killed here already. Please look at this is is an incredibly dangerous area Make it more visible, slow writing on road. Please don’t keep ignoring this it needs a site visit to assess the situation. Thank you

Street Light too bright shines invasively into homes, 26th January
The street lighting (notably light no.29, opposite my close) is orange and very bright, without any directional protection. Hence it shines very very brightly into my bedroom (top floor, velux windows face upwards ie away from the street and above the level of the light) and the children's bedroom, making it hard to get to sleep and hard to stay asleep. The colour is unnatural and this light pollution is unhealthy and stress-inducing. I am sure I am not the only one affected (since Apr 14 when moved in). Please revise the type of light for the street and can you put some sort of skirt around it so the light shines only on the street and not into people's houses.

Closed Childrens' Play Park, 2nd April
Why has the Play Park been closed for 2 months? The villagers have moved the tumbled down wall and flotsam from the park. I hope the wall is replaced with sensible railings allowing the sea to flow through them the next time we have floods.
