Three huge potholes have appeared in the carriageway in recent weeks and are growing rapidly. This is. Very popular cycle route and they are placed in such a way that cars can’t avoid them.

Main Road Langton several new potholes, 26th March
Due to the water & heavy lorries mire deeper pot holes have appeared on the road which would be dangerous for cyclists and damage car’s suspension. There were previously holes ongoing issue which have got worse.

Ox Pasture Lane (past the concrete beet hard standing), 17th March
The road has now some major deterioration of road in many parts of it. It is unsafe for vehicles to use & we are unable to transport livestock safely up and down the road, with feed suppliers refusing to deliver because of it for our animals. We have previously sustained damage to 2 of our vehicles & were told the council would not pay for the repairs. We were told a few years ago this road is due to be resurfaced???!! VERY DANGEROUS & costly for car repairs now. This issue has been ongoing for past 3 years.

This is the exact location of the problem barsey walk kennels, 25th February
Around 50 potholes on both sides of the carriageway at least 40mm deep each!! Unavoidable and dangerous. These will cause serious alloy wheels and tyre damage plus cause an accident if not fixed urgently! They spread for around 400 yards continuously! Please fix these as a matter of urgency before accidents happen! Thanks.

There are a number of extremely deep potholes down this lane, there are a number of businesses that need to use the lane on a daily basis and it is causing considerable damage to the vehicles using the lane

Ox Pasture Lane, from the old ruined barn down to the ox pasture farm, LN9 5JY. Related to 4190698. The top of this road has recently been worked on and customer states that bottom of the lane is still really bad with potholes and they are all in the centre of road, and some are very deep and have been damaging vehicles. Customer is concerned the the whole road always has potholes and may need resurfacing.

The drains man holes were cleared out last week but not the drain pipes which are blocked spilling water onto the road. Drain pipes on both sides of the road need clearing.

Potholes less than 40 mm next to bigger holes require dressing as they are adding to lose stones on the road. Large lorries are creating bigger holes.

Due to previous holes not being filled in the broken tarmac has created more holes outside our driveway and has damaged the suspension of one of our cars. Please can the area be repaired properly to avoid further holes.

The potholes are over 40mm deep and when filled with water. The road is constantly flooded due to block drains which is now frozen and a danger to vehicles, bicycles and those walking on the road as there is no payment or lighting. The road is now crumbling and breaking up as shown in the photos. Most of the residents are retired and feel unsafe on the road. The drains need unblocking for around 150 meters to stop water running down the road and the road repairs carried out. This issue was first reported in October last year and nothing has been done to resolve it. An accident waiting to happen.
