Faldingworth Road, Japonica Cottage, 29th January
Customer states during the flooding the garden of Japonica Cottage flooded. There is clay pipe is under the old brick wall which is believed to bring water from the road into the garden. Customer has been in contact with Anglian water and they have told her its not theirs. Can this be looked into

I reported no 18 outside my property but now find that all the lights from the turning to Welton to 18A at the end of our garden are all either flickering or out including No 17 which was supposedly mended on Monday this week. However they are having to report it to the Electricity Board as it is still out.

Light no 18 outside Hackthorn View LN8 2DW, 22nd January
No 18 light is out.it was flickering a few days but during the storm last night it went out completely. It is very dark outside our property and we have no close neighbours. We are elderly and find it difficult going out at night without the light Thank you

From start of road down to private road, 22nd December
Over 60 potholes of 40mm depth and more. Road crumbling away at multiple points. Bridge crumbling and dropping down. Road sagging at multiple points. This is the only access in and out for 6 houses, causing problems for vehicles. Also Anglain Water works to start early new year and is the heavy plant access on the road. Bridge has dropped in height over 3 years and is a big concern.
