The area is well-served by transport links. Lincoln has two railway stations and regular bus services. The city centre is also within easy reach of the M1 motorway and other major roads. The East Midlands airport is located just a few miles away and travel to nearby cities such as Nottingham and Leicester is easy.

LN3 has a wealth of local amenities for both younger and older residents. There are a range of sports and leisure facilities, including leisure centres, golf courses, parks and gardens, as well as a wide range of shops. The popular Lincolnshire Showground is also located in the district.

LN3 is a popular and attractive part of the East Midlands, offering its residents a mix of urban and rural life, as well as a mix of amenities. The area is ideally located for easy access by car or train to nearby cities as well as providing a convenient base for those who are looking for a good selection of shops, leisure and entertainment in a safe and well-serviced district.
