About 40m Northwest of bridge on A1031 , southbound side of road., 28th March
The tarmac road surface around the 3ft square manhole cover has come out around the edges and has left manhole corners free to damage tyrewalls of vehicles. It wouldn't be so bad, but it's a relatively new road surface,and probably not even six months old. It seems to be another example of shoddy workmanship.

Opposite gate to The Hollies, 29th February
Deep pot hole approximately 100 ml in depth, 600ml long and 400 wide. Problem has got progressively worse over the winter and is adjacent to the entrance to the drive way. being a single track lane the pothole is directly in the wheel tracks of vehicles. There is a second pothole opposite the gate which has been caused by tarmac breaking up from previous works. Picture enclosed.

All along Brickyard Lane, both sides, 3rd December
Vegetation to the full length of the ditches on both sides of Brickyard Lane to the carpark at the coast end. This would likely impede flow in the event of local flooding. The pictures are facing eastwards towards the sea. This has been present since we arrived two years ago but there hasn't been a flood to test their effectiveness.
