Illegal selling of cars from driveway, 8th April
This concerns 23 Gavin Close. There has been a variety of different cars parked on the driveway since they moved in. I am suspicious that they are buying and selling vehicles from home as a trader. Unsightly caravan too.

The new tenants have an unsightly large caravan parked on their driveway. I don't believe this estate allows parking of vans and such large vehicles. Please can you contact them to remove it asap.

Deep pothole, 4th April
Extremely deep and large pothole which is getting worse on left hand lane just before the traffic lights as you approach the M69 underneath the M1. Was filled a few weeks ago but has now worsened and will cause damage to vehicles in not repaired appropriately

Water backing up onto Watergate Lane as stream/ ditch unable to discharge through culvert under the M1 embankment to south side of Watergate Lane. Probable only 50% capacity. Lots of vegetation also in ditch lines around this area.

This whole section of road is falling to pieces. big holes and sections just missing, probably the whole section from the M1 for about 2 miles needs some serious maintenance

Unbelievably bad road surface, 21st February
The road surface in this section (approx 100yds long) is absolutely disgusting!! So uneven with infinite bits of road surface missing, my wife uses this road every day and it has definitely contributed to car suspension component damage on 2 occasions - leading to an MOT failure last time and likely to fail again this year, all thanks to this ridiculous road. How can this be justified to not warrant an urgent resurface repair?

Incorrect sequencing of traffic lights on sliproad, 19th February
Jct 21 northbound slip road. Traffic lights are only letting 3 - 4 cars through at peak times. This us causing a build up of traffic on the sliproad right up to the motorway carriageway. This was first noted 7 days ago and has not resolved. Previous to this, the green light was on for longer, allowed more cars through and caused less congestion on the slip road.

Manhole sinking in the road, 6th February
I drive this way every day, Monday to Friday and have noticed over the last few weeks, a manhole cover is sinking into the road. This is road is particularly busy and has a heavy traffic load and I am concerned that an accident will happen if it isn't rectified. I am unable to take a photo as the road is just too busy.
