Stanningley lies south of Pudsey, and is bordered to the west by Rodley. It is an area of council housing that has seen redevelopment projects in recent years, as well as the expansion of industrial estates. Historic Stanningley includes the old Stanningley Boy's School which is now a Grade II-listed building.

Pudsey is the largest town in this postcode district, and is a thriving shopping centre. It is an established market area in a conservation area, and is home to Victorian-style market hall and a wide range of independent stores and restaurants. This area is also home to Farsley Town Hall, originally built in the 1760s and the Grade II-listed Pudsey Town Hall.

Bramley is a small town located to the south of Leeds City Centre. It is a former industrial and residential area which has recently seen a resurgence in regeneration projects, with new housing estates springing up. It is home to two parks, Bramley Falls and Bramley Park, as well as a public library, cafes, pubs and restaurants.

Rodley is a village located on a hillside overlooking Leeds, and is also close to Bramley. It is a former industrial village, and is home to both council housing estates and large homes. It is bordered by Bramley to the west and Kirkstall to the east.

Calverley is a small village located southwest of Leeds. It is home to a mixture of Victorian cottages, terraced houses and detached homes, as well as a public library, cafes, pubs and restaurants.

Horsforth is a small town located to the northwest of Leeds. It is home to a range of independent shops, a public library, cafes, pubs and restaurants. The primary schools: St Margaret's and St Anne's have both recently undergone a major redevelopment, and are now rated 'Outstanding' by Ofsted.

Featherstone is a former mining town located southeast of Leeds. It has seen a regeneration project in recent years, transforming parts of the town into newer housing estates and shops. It is home to a community centre, public library, cafes, pubs and restaurants. The Featherstone Rovers play rugby league at Post Office Road.
