29/02/2024 this was previously reported and NO progress please further note, when it is raining the front doors of the properties cannot be used, multiple reports have been made in regards to this, This is URGENT !!!! when a vehicle passes the whole front of the house gets splashed with dirty rainwater, will let you make the calculation how many times an day that is, The grate of the drain is completely blocked as shown in the photo so no water can pass through there at all causing an major puddle on that junction where the properties are, it won't be easy to clear as cannot be pushed through attempts have been made already, Think of it being hard as cement, so much rainwater retention is present there on the road when vehicles come around the bend they don't realise this is present and drive through it please note these important fact relayed above, Copy and paste of the previous report made on 29/02/24:- The drains outside 26 & 27 The Green Burgh Heath Tadworth KT20 5NP have been blocked for over an YEAR just to advise, these are directly opposite the Shell Fuel Garage, When it rains an lot of water gets retained there causing an very large puddle, so when the vehicles are passing through there on the road they unintentionally splash all the houses in situ and the pedestrians sadly walking past, This was reported by an close neighbour I believe but nothing has been done about it hence this report, The occupants no longer use the front door but have resorted to using their back doors because of the fear of getting drenched as they have been accustomed to sadly on an rainy day, I have uploaded the photos of the drains today to gather an greater insight to initiate works,

Unsafe parking, 9th February

Fri, 09 Feb 2024 21:42:17 +0000
51.278829 -0.250125

Offstreet parking is very limited for residence 76 to 84 We have all been refused driveways for no valid reason, so therefore I need to highlight about offstreet parking and how unsafe it is to cross. On top of this residence vehicles regularly get damaged with large vehicles using this as a cut through to Dorking Road and Evenings as a race track. Residences need to cross the main road to be able to get to there house this is major blindspot for oncoming vehicles to spot pedestrians as vehicles literally park back-to-back. Residence who have crossover driveways park all the way down the path which obstruct views for pedestrians to Cross. This is like death row with zero visibility There’s limited Street lighting. I have also contacted my local MP and counsellor about this.

This street light outside no 25 has not functioned for months. I’ve referred it to the council who investigated and found a problem with the power supply so referred it on to the power company. Nothing has been done. It’s in an extremely dark place in the Lane. Dangerously dark. We have to take a torch out with us after dark.
