Very poor road condition with multiple deep potholes, 6th March
This entire stretch of road in both directions between roundabouts has multiple deep and dangerous potholes in both directions and is particularly bad near the rumble stripes. Also, not wide enough for safe cycling with poor promotion of active travel.

Street light out of action despite having been referred to the power company, 26th December
This street light outside no 25 has not functioned for months. I’ve referred it to the council who investigated and found a problem with the power supply so referred it on to the power company. Nothing has been done. It’s in an extremely dark place in the Lane. Dangerously dark. We have to take a torch out with us after dark.

Deep & dangerous potholes, 15th July
Chetwode Road has many deep and dangerous potholes . There is now concretey pebbly road surface within there potholes. Drivers, motorcyclists & cyclists are all at risk & people are driving like the 'dodgeams 'around these holes. There will be punctures to tyres & subsequent claims to SCC. All costing us Rate Payers money.
