Trailer parked on pavement for 3 years. Pavement badly damaged., 20th February
The trailer has been partially blocking the pavement for 3 years and causes pedestrians, people with prams and wheelchair users to go onto the road. It is also blocking the view, to the right, of vehicles exiting Cairn View as it is loaded with large planks. I know this has caused one accident and have anecdotal knowledge of 3 others. I have reported this to the police on 2 occasions and was referred to this department.
