People using the road as a race track, 3rd December
There is a problem that has been going on for a long time and that is drivers in loud modified loud exhaust cars driving up and down the road at high speeds this is dangerous. And could potentially have the danger of hitting a person crossing the road. I even saw a car today almost crash into a incoming police car and it has to quickly move out of the way I believe speed bumps or speed cameras would fix this anti social issue.

Flashing Neon Sign, 9th November
A flashing neon sign, operating 24 hours a day, has been installed in the front window of a second-hand appliance shop at 267 Norwich Road.
The flashing sign is a reflective distraction which might have a confusing impact on drivers (it is about 300m from a light controlled pedestrian crossing). Apart from any distracting or confusing effect on road users, the continually flashing sign is an eyesore, and is out of keeping with other signage and architecture in the vicinity.
What might be permissible in Picadilly Circus is not acceptable in a residential area and the seedy nature of a large continually flashing red neon sign is detrimental to the ability of residents and property owners to enjoy the visually uncluttered nature of the area.
No planning notice has been displayed on the premises to warn of the intention to install a large continually flashing sign in a residential area so that residents might lodge objections in advance of planning permission being granted for such egregious and tasteless signage.
