Oil deposits on road surface, 3rd October
Car owner with an oil leak, opposite the Kingdom Hall, has had an oil leak for the past three/four weeks, and rather than fix the problem, tops the oil up in his car daily. This has resulted in pools of oil on the road, and oil trails when he pulls away. Concerns over slipperiness of carriageway come the wet/winter weather, and the movement of Fire engines in the street

Fly tipping, 30th April
Quantity of rubbish - bricks, polythene sheeting, and a glass aquarium type tank - dumped two days ago in the pedestrian alley between Seathrone and North Road (the alley is adjacent to 57 Seathorne).

There is an empty property 27 Hubert Street, Withernsea. HU19 2AT. There are loads of syringes in the front garden and on the footpath.

Seathorne: 20mph or 30mph?, 16th September
Seathorne, when entered from the north has a 20 mph speed limit sign. Queen Street North (leading into Seathorne) has a 30 mph sign at the junction with Old Hull Road giving different limits in opposite directions. If other speed limit signs exist they are well hidden!
Many vehicles, especially Light Goods. ignore both signs and 40 mph isn't unusual. Residents would appreciate better, consistent signing and enforcement.

Constant Menace, 19th March
Paul & Tina Barrow of Beach View, own an old Rottweiler and they let it roam free in the local area. Since it is an old dog it does not go far, and will poop locally. Since they are building in their garden the poor animal has nowhere to go, so it poops in the nearest location, which is my garden and No.4's. The owners will even watch it happen and then deny it !!! They NEVER clear up after it.
The owner of three little Terriers who lives in No 73 Bannister Street, daily walks his dogs without leads in the area, and He also NEVER clears up after them. When challenged he responds with threats of violence.

Anti social behaviour, 5th May
Damage caused by running vehicles over the grassed area and footways by the residents of No 28 Owthorne Walk. This has already been reported to the local council
