Education in the area is largely provided by Calderdale Council, with a range of schools for both primary and secondary education. The Halifax Academy is the closest secondary school, whilst local primary schools include St Joseph's Roman Catholic Primary School, Warley Road Primary School and Luddendenfoot Primary School.
