Broken lift, 19th March
There are four public lifts between Tesco and Fleming House in Cumbernauld which north lanarkshire council is responsible for. Only one of them works. This is a disgraceful statistic. If logue can use the lift to have his photocall on that bridge, then obviously the people who really need it do not matter to him. Get these lifts fixed. Tell logue his time is up. He is going.

Abandoned bins on Tiree Road, 27th February
Flats leave their bins out 24/7. Residents in houses put them around communal bin. When they get emptied they get left all over street by bin men, blocking the footpath and crossing. The l kids cross here for the school. There has also been issues with bins being set on fire because they are left out all the time. Also in bad weather the bins get blown over and rubbish all over the street, again left to residents of the houses to clean up.

Muck and leaves on footpath and road on Tiree Road, 27th February
The parking bays, road and area around communal bin is full of leaves and muck. Has been like this for over a year. When it is wet all of these areas become slippy. Road sweeper does come out but stops at bollards on footpath so all of these areas are missed.

Lifts out of order, 27th February
Jim Logue should get his finger out of his arse and get these lifts fixed. HE wanted to buy the building so he is responsible for its maintenance. Incredible that he allows discrimination against the disabled just because he does not give a f**k about Cumbernauld.

Illegal Parking, 27th February
It didn't take long - no sooner has the Vauxhall Corsa vacated this illegal "parking space" we no have a Red Kia Venga (SB63 WRT) using it. Why is it so difficult for nlc to understand the immediate and ongoing danger such driving puts pedestrians in? Why are nlc mandarins such ignorant bastards. They caused this to happen because they lowered the kerbing to allow safer crossing for pram pushers and mobility scooter users, but it is they and pedestrians who are risk. The risk was made very plain when a concrete bollard was removed from its "roots" so quite clearly nlc does not give a f**k about anyone but themselves. If nlc replaced the concrete bollard that was removed when the kerbing was lowered it might go some way to making this crossing safe again. Too much to hope for!!
