Dog fouling, 15th February
HI, On Thursday the 13/02/13 @ around 1500 a man parked is white van at the Rumlie and let his 2 dogs out the van. The dogs fouled in the park and then the man and his 2 dogs left. Despite there being a red bin for dog owners to clean up after there dogs this owner did not. The van Reg number is NY57 CHV

Dog fouling broken bottles, 8th February
The path between Bank street and Balquhatstone is a minefield with dog fouling and broken bottles.
This path is used by young children on there way to school and the local park it is also used by elderly residents

Hi, there are 2 pot holes at the north end of Rashiehill road that filled in. 1 of the holes is large and will cause damage to a car if driven in.

Refilling of grit bin, 25th January
Have phoned requesting bin to be refilled 6 times this week,bin, no.sloo3,is situated at junction of southfield drive and balquhastone crescent,other bins in village were filled today ,yet this one ignored.operator said they work to 10 day target,so hope to be filled by 30th.?

Reported street lights out 1 week ago,nothing has been done.people,especially the elderly,are slipping on icy patches they cant see at night due to this lack of illumination of road and pavements

Street lighting., 29th November
Roughly two weeks ago today,the lights were out for a couple of days ,then brought back on line on the saturday. midweek last week ,the workmen appeared during the day ,switched all the lights on,and they remained on continously till around 1830 when they gave a few flickers and went out.

Hi, At the south end of Rashiehill road there is a turning circle that has no road markings on/in it and therefore it is being used as a parking space, as this road is a col-de-sac then this can cause problems for cars and vans to turn. Regards

Hi, I would like to point out that there are no road markings at this junction or many other junctions in the estate. Therefore people are unsure of there right of way and this will at some point lead to a crash or other related problems. I look forward to an update. Regards
