Vehicle activated sign intermittent, 28th April
The vehicle activated sign for the Maiden Down junction is flashing intermittently, instead of just lighting up and staying on when travelling faster than 50mph. It also kept flashing when I was below 50mph approaching the junction.

Badly damaged road, 29th February
The whole stretch of road, some 200 metres, is severely potholed, and is crumbling at the sides also. Tarmac completely gone in several places. An adjoining road was resurfaced 2 weeks ago, and this one is actually worse.

Advertising Hoarding, 19th November
Cothay Manor has again erected an advertising hoarding in a field by the A38. This is a distraction for motorists on a major road near a busy intersection. Earlier this year, Cothay Manor erected a hoarding and left it there for many weeks. I understand that this is only allowed for a maximum of 28 days in one year so the planning rules are being broken.
