Large potholes at entrance to Park in Slaughterhouse Road., 27th October
These potholes were first reported by me in March 2022. I was told there was a waiting list but I am wondering why at the end of October 2022 we are still waiting. We have to drive our vehicles over these potholes to get in and out of our drive. Vehicles from the cattle market and industrial estate drive over them very frequently. Cyclists, pedestrians including users of mobility scooters and walking frames have to negotiate these if there is a vehicle in the road. This is at the entrance to the children's play park.

Stretch of pavement not safe to use on side of A714 near Newton Stewart, 26th February
The pavement needs scraped to allow pedestrians safe use of the walkway. It has not been cleaned for years and there is so much accumulated dirt and debris from branches and twigs etc it is now uneven and difficult to walk on. Pedestrians would use it as a circular walk to return to Newton Stewart after following the River Cree walk from the town, if it was safe to do so.
