Pothole not far from The Meadows, 3rd December
There is a nasty pothole on the back road going from Croalchapel towards Closeburn school. It is on the corner just north of The Meadows. This pothole has been there for a few months now and I thought it would have been filled when the council repaired the uneven road some metres away.

Faulty Repair, 16th July
This road has been repaired, but the potholes are already starting to appear again. This happens every time this road is "patched up". Surely this road needs to be sorted more effectively to prevent this happening every year.

Potholes on road through Park Village, 17th July
At either end of the village, south at Rhins Cottage and north at Whistlebare Brae, particularly the latter section of road, the potholes are now quite dangerous. Hopefully this can be looked at with some urgency.

Road Repairs Required, 14th July
A series of potholes running from this point outside the dwelling house ' Rhins Cottage' north and in both directions at the 'Y' junction but particularly bad down towards the dwellinghouse 'Whistlebare'. The one at Rhins Cottage in particular previously reported direct to Dumfries & Galloway Council 6+ months ago and nothing done hence it has deteriorated. Those down the hill towards 'Whistlebare' are now joining up and as a result the road is impassable without entering a pothole. The entire village road is deteriorating and doing so very fast now. Attention is desperately needed.
