Several large, deep potholes Matthews Court, Lockerbie, 13th February
Despite being reported repeatedly since last year, the string of potholes at Matthews Court, Lockerbie, are still unrepaired and, due to bad weather, have become much worse than they appear in the photos. The 'temporary patches' have largely disintegrated and the holes are now significantly deeper. It is almost impossible to enter or leave the street without either catching a wheel or bottoming out.

Dead cat in verge, 15th May
There is a dead cat in the verge on the southbound side of the B7076 just south of the northbound signs warning for the pedestrian crossing. It is pretty gross looking, and kids do walk and cycle along this road. Can someone from the cleansing department collect it, and see if it has a collar or chip-since someone might be missing it, because it is a very unpleasant thing to see a dead cat like that.

Pair of potholes and clogged drains, 18th November
Two sharp edged potholes on the edge of the bike lane on the southbound B7076 just south of the overpass. Really deep and sharp edged. As you know, this stretch of road is used as a jogging track as well as for cyclists and vehicle traffic, and these potholes are real ankle breakers, and given how they are on the road seam, if someone trips over them while jogging they could easily fall into the path of traffic.
Furthermore, on the north side of the overpass all the way up to the roundabout about half the road drains are clogged solid with mud. Not just fallen leaves and vegetation, but clogged with big plugs of mud and some have vegetation growing in them. The grates need lifting properly, not just swept as they are clogged solid, and the drains lines flushed. Every time it rains the whole road floods along this length. Given the season, they are not going to get better on its own, and it ought to have been done over the summer.

Missing metal covers, 8th October
On the pavement just before you get to Somerton House Hotel, walking out of Lockerbie, at the house with the white garden gate, opposite side of the road to Trinity House, there are two wee metal grates in the pavement. Or there should be, one of them is missing, leaving a hole in the pavement, and the other one is cracked and damaged so it might not be long before it is gone too. Needs replaced. The one that is gone has left a hole in the pavement just the right size to have someone's walking stick or crutch go in too.

Loose street sign, 1st October
The road traffic direction sign for Dryfesdale Hotel has come loose on the lamp post it is attached to, and it just swings around in the wind now, like a weathercock, and worse it has started to slip down the lamppost and is currently at head height, I watched some old fellow with a cane almost walk smack into it face first, as it projects into the pavement space. It is useless for pointing the direction to the hotel, and dangerous to pedestrians, needs a fix asap. Thank you.

This mobile caravan has been parked for several Month in the McJerrow Car park next to entrance gate to the park and Victoria Gardens Pensioners houses. It is in a disabled space and also takes up one of the only two power points for charging your car, this seems rather selfish with little thought for others.
