Most of the carriageway is in a very poor state of repair with many pot holes and ruts. Driving in the left lane is like a roller coaster. This is unsafe but even more so in poor weather.

Large ridge in road, 3rd October
This ridge is extremely dangerous and almost caused me to lose control of my motorcycle as I hit it. It is at the start of the A180 westbound from the Pyewipe roundabout. I have gone over more innocuous 'sleeping policemen'!

As bridge allow access to private properties either side of A180 this is a national highways asset - please arrange repairs.

Missing road surface, 24th April
Following my last report where the issue was dismissed without investigation. You are incorrect as the road surface is missing clearly exposing a metal part of the bridge. Yes there is a cattle bridge further down but this is perfectly fine. I will gladly send pictures if you provide an email address and that way you can at least look at the issue this time before dismissing it and referring back to local authorities.

Road surface missing exposing metal bridge structure, 13th April
At the end of the bridge over the A180 the road surface has come completely off. The area measuring 12" long for the full width of the bridge approx 4 meters, exposing the metal framework. It is effectively on long pot hole which has no doubt contributed to my suspension damage on my vehicle. I have live in that area for 2 years and it has just continued to get worse.
