Yet again this has started up in the same area by what seems like the same owner who does not pick up.

Instability in road on this stretch, 15th February
When heavy loads/trucks pass by our property the house shakes due to the uneven road surface or possible issues with the road foundations. This has been going on for many months. It’s like a small earthquake when the truck pass by on this stretch. Unnerving and actually wakes us up when early in the morning.

Continuing dog fouling, 9th December
There is, particularly at this time of year, and increase in dog fouling that has a lot of footfall of pedestrians of all ages. Reporting this to Cheshire West for a street clean always results with no action taken and no follow up of the officl complaint. Pretty useless!

20cm pothole outside eco lab entrance, 17th April
Hello, I just nearly crashed as there is a car broken down due to its tyre bursting because they have driven into the pothole. There were cars coming in the opposite and not enough space on the road to avoid the car so nearly crashed and had to do an emergency stop. Please fix this ASAP as it is a huge hazard to all

Cars parked after 5pm and weekends on the right side from London road, 20th November
The cars park from the top off the junction to the bent 10 cars or vans . The is with in 10 mts from the London Road junction and blocking Two dropped kerbs . This causes me to push my buggy with an elderly family member up the road when out walking.

Bad unsafe path, 21st September
Elderly people house bound due to unsafe path . Dangerous especially in winter. Looking to make a bigger report to the news papers if this isn't looked into . Especially when the Elderly can't leave there homes on this very uneven pathway

Surface Abrasions, 11th May
There are surface abrasions along the entire length of Solvay Road. To save a lot of time repairing each one individually it may be quicker and cheaper resurfacing the entire length of Solvay Road in one go. If I lived on Solvay Road, I would be applying for a reduction in council tax.

Overgrown vegetation on pathway, 1st March
The footpath all the way along this road has become overgrown (on the actual footpath, not the hedges) causing the footpath to become very narrow in places meaning pedestrians are ending up very close to passing traffic.

One of the small manhole covers for utilities is missing in the middle of the pavement, outside 170 Chester Road, 8th December
Small utilities manhole cover missing on the eastbound side of the A559 pavement, near to the junction with Foxendale Close. This has been missing for approximately 5 days.

Uneven road causing apartment complex to shake, 21st May
Been at the apartments since Jan 2019 and when heavy vehicles drive over the grid and bump in the road it causes the whole building to shake. The bump is cause by a line of tarmac from one end of the road to the other. The issue is when heavy vehicles go past the building and hit this point. If they don’t hit this point then there is no shaking. Please help.

45cm pothole near the corner of Chester road and Foxendale close. 5 inches deep., 16th February
The pothole is progressively getting worse with material being sprayed across the pedestrian footpath and metal objects are being dislodged from vehicles.

Barbers Lane is Littered with Pot holes, 29th November
There are several pot holes that need attention. These are a danger to cars and pedestrians as most users are elderly clients of the Age UK Cheshire Community Centre.

2 x deep potholes outside 16 Hough Lane on carriage way toward Soot Hill, 27th July
These potholes have been there for some time and I believe circled in white paint. Other holes have been repaired in the vicinity but these seem to have been overlooked!!!

Illegal road hump/ramp, 2nd July
Winnington Avenue has a 40 mph speed limit. Apparently speed humps can only be constructed lawfully on roads with a speed limited of 30mph or less (https://bit.ly/2xnwQlH). The unlawful speed hump/ramp on Winnington Ave should be removed before it is the cause of an accident, directly or indirectly.

Every Kerbstone next to every drain is lose, in Heber Walk, Northwich. This presents as a trip hazard and is unsafe
