Road surface breaking up road noise and vibrations by heavy traffic is terrible the house shakes when wagons go by the amount of hgv traffic has grown over the last 12 months to a ridicules level we are unable to sleep at night, 14th August
The road surface has been breaking up for some time since the amount of heavy traffic has increased the speed traffic goes by is dangerous . The traffic light sequence at the a49/a556 cross roads causes constant queues of traffic outside our house making it hard to get out of the drive and very dangerous to get out The house shakes and it’s becoming difficult to even sleep through the night We’re not sure where to go I have emailed the local council but I fear they won’t take the complaint seriously the traffic levels have gone up massively over the last 12 months and speeds have increased Kind regards Ivor watson

Multiple Potholes at Junction, 30th January
Very large and multiple potholes/severely damaged road surface in middle of this junction. This is causing damage to the suspension and wheels of my vehicle. This issue has been ongoing for some months now - since at least October and beyond with unsuccessful repairs being carried out on it.

Multiple potholes - now damaging wheels. The whole area is littered with potholes, 8th January
Multiple potholes all along Norley rd, have been getting worse since November. Silly repairs that don’t last and now hopes are even worse.

Outside 149 Norley lane Cuddington just before Waste lane. Sunken / sinking manhole cover with a crater getting bigger around it danger to cyclists and cars alike, 7th December

Large pothole nearly three foot long and over three inch's deep., 3rd March
I was driving towards Frodsham on a dark wet morning on 1st March. First I knew of pothole was when there was big crash through suspension as nearside tyre had hit the hole. I've recently had back surgery and this was significant enough to give shooting pain in back... I checked the tyre and found pothole had caused a bulge and split in side way of a not very old tyre. I will be claiming for two new tyres to keep tread depth and tyre make same on same axle... I have reported on council website but was unable to add photos to show exact location.

A HGV violating local traffic restrictions, 3rd December
I witnessed a Tarmac Heavy Goods Vehicle using this section of Norley Road just before 13.00 hrs on Thursday 01/12/16 as I walked from the junction of Tricketts Lane towards the cross roads at Bryn Chapel. It was travelling towards the A49 cross roads and for some strange reason it still had it's extra site hazard lights on. One of the residents also noticed this journey and tried to catch it on their mobile. I realize that there are now several building sites in the area, but as yet non of them are accessed by this particular section of road.

Overgrown hedges and hedge debris encroaching onto road, 19th August
The hedge separating the A49 from Brookside is overgrown with debris on the road blocking a main drain. The overgrown hedgerow and ground debris is reducing the available road space to drive and access properties causing paintwork damage to cars and making access difficult. The hedges and road have not been cut to my knowledge this year. Cars are unable to drive past each other.

Broken Water Stop Tap Outside Nos 103 S/down Cres., 29th July
A broken Water Stop Tap cover outside nos 103 Sandown Crescent big enough to catch your foot in ! There are several young children living within a close proximity of this cover and with the school holidays now in progress it is an accident waiting to happen !! Please forward this report to United Utilites whose own website do not appear to accept this kind of information being generated by the public.

Excessive build up of gravel on road, 18th August
I was involved in a motorcycle accident on Sunday 16/8/15 due to an excessive buildup of fine gravel on a left hand bend on Norley Road heading towards Delamere. It is extremely dangerous for motorcycles - like ice once you hit it. The gravel is almost invisible as it is on the entry to the left hand but under the tree canopy which camouflages the road surface. Extensive damage was caused to my motorcycle and clothing but luckily my injuries were not too bad. Something must be done about this gravel as the next rider, of a motorcycle or peddle cycle may not be so lucky.

Broken manhole (again), 2nd March
I have lived at CW82QA for 7 years, in that time the manhole on the A49 outside our house has been fixed (more like a temporary fix) several times, it needs fixing again - how do i know this?? - because my house gets shaken to the ground everytime a lorry passes over it, not just one shake, a shake for each wheel of every lorry, please please please get it fixed once and for all

New street lights, 2nd March
Whats happened to the street lights?, they've been changed to 1000,00000 Watts, there as bright as floodlights at a football match, were going to get black out blinds to get some kip, far to bright (that sounds like i'm winging i know but i dont see them that bright anywhere else)

Bags of litter, beer cans and other rubbish, 1st March
Today we have noticed coming from the A49 into Cuddington Lane after 50 yards on the left, there are white binbags of beer cans and also other litter nearby scattered up to the 'Bag Lane' sign/Cuddington turn-off. looks newly dumped.
