Large sharp edged pothole protruding into Workers Road near Church Farm on opposite side of road., 5th March
This pothole has been growing in size for months and is becoming a hazard for traffic travelling along Workers Road from High Laver crossroads towards Faggotters Lane junction. Two others nearby have been reported, so it would be sensible to repair them all and many others in the vicinity.

No warning signs of S- bend., 17th January
This S-bend where indicated on the map is frequently liable to flooding and when travelling from either direction, there are no road signs warning of the bends or the possibility of flooding. There is a drain or maybe two, which must need clearing. In fact this road linking Matching Green to Ardley End can boast numerous hazards to all road users. Eg…potholes and further un marked bends. These adverse conditions have been prevalent for years.

Two large potholes outside Church Farm., 11th January
Outside Church Farm, there is a long, wide and deep pothole with a sharp edge. Not able to measure as too dangerous to stop here on a 60mph rural road. Previously reported. The repaired pothole on the opposite side of the road is already in need of repair again. This is on a bend and is a prime situation for an accident. Cyclists , cars, large lorries and farm machinery all travel at speed along Workers Road, so please bear this in mind. It needs to be prioritised.

Potholes outside and opposite Whites Farm., 8th December
These potholes, on a bend, have been reported previously, a long time ago (more than a year). On the south side of the road, this one was repaired recently and already is becoming worse. Across the road, north side, this pothole is still awaiting repair. They effectively narrow the road, which has a 60mph speed limit!

Road collapsed along verge., 6th February
This area is particularly dangerous, where the road and verge meet. The damage has resulted in a deep and long section of the road which would affect all road users if unaware of the hazard, particularly at night. I’m surprised it’s not already been reported.

Pothole, 6th February
This is an area which appears to have been poorly repaired previously. It’s increasing in severity and is on a bend opposite a pothole due for repair. Doubly dangerous. Great potential for a collision.

Very deep and wide pothole., 3rd November
This pothole is hidden on the exit of a left hand bend. It protrudes into the carriageway a long way and is very deep. Please add this to the list when the one I already reported on the next bend is repaired. If I remember correctly, in this close vicinity there is a further pothole on the opposite side of the road.

Exceptionally large and dangerous pothole., 3rd November
This is a monster pothole on a bend and I find it impossible to understand why this has not been repaired, particularly as there is evidence of pothole repairs at High Laver Grange and Matching Green and it’s highly likely the workforce must have driven past this and several more. An accident waiting to happen.

Dangerous pothole., 3rd November
I have reported this previously and it’s been ignored. As this pothole is on a bend, it is obviously very dangerous to avoid it without crossing the centre of the road. This is growing in length, width and depth. I have just reported another pothole opposite Little Wilmores, towards Tilegate Green from this location. It would make sense for both these potholes to be repaired as soon as possible before there’s an accident.

Dangerous pothole., 3rd November
This pothole has been growing in length, breadth and depth and encroaching into the road for many months now. I have reported it previously, but this was ignored. This road is subject to a 60mph speed limit, has no pavement and is used by all manner of vehicles including cyclists and pedestrians. If this is inspected, could another pothole also be considered for repair? I’ll report that separately, but to help you identify it ~ opposite Church Farm a few hundred yards towards High Laver crossroads on the same side of the road. This pothole is in very urgent need of attention as it’s on a bend and to avoid hitting it, one has to drive around it risking a collision with oncoming vehicles.
