Rain water drain / raw sewage, 16th April
The rainwater drain that just before the the road pinch- points has the worst smell of sewage ever. It’s getting worse and on some rainy days you can see sewage bubbling up out of the drain. This is a real concern,as that means a sewage pipe under the ground is leaking into the rain water system.
I am reporting it to Thames useless water as well But I want the council to be aware of this dangerously unhealthy situation.

Poor pavement works not fixed, 16th April
The company Riney were supposed to correct the terrible mess they made of the pavement repairs which they started in early 2023. Lots of new paving stones were left broken and old ones were left as trip hazards. As of 16th April, they have not carried out the remedial action promised, as first raised in report no. 4739817. They must be made to redo their awful work.

Tree branches growing toward the street, 16th April

Flytipping ongoing health hazard, 16th April
These rubbish bags have been piled at the back of Sainsbury's for months now. It's disgusting. Having complained in the store, I've been redirected to the council. Someone needs to deal with it - it is a public health hazard and why should ratepayers have to look at it constantly? Please remove.

Tree leaning dangerously across pavement making it difficult for pedestrians to pass safely, 16th April
The tree is now causing an obstruction on the pavement for pedestrians. The recent strong winds have made things worse and I consider the tree is now a danger as well as an obstruction. The tree is located outside Numbers 157 & 159 Goodhart Way

Line re-painting, 16th April
You can see quite clearly the yellow lines need repainting as inconsiderate drivers are taking advantage of the badly faded lines to park their vehicles. This has and will affect the ability of Emergencey vehicles from entering Chancery Lane.

Toilets - Get the contractor to clean them, they were absolutely disgusting, 16th April
• Please give brief details of your complaint or compliment below:: Toilets at Croydon rec park are absolutely disgusting, the womans toilets are covered in faeces, the park rubbish cleaners were sitting in their van and i told them and they said they only do a basic clean and another team do a deeper clean, seemed like an excuse, them toilets have not been cleaned for months they were disgusting, i understand the building is old but these were very dirty and the team that have the contract didnt seem bothered or want to investigate

Overgrown tree - branches hanging onto cars, 16th April
This tree outside our house is overgrown - the branches hang on top of cars and into our front garden. It needs to be cut back. It used to bloom every spring but no longer does so - so I suspect it is dying. I have previously been in contact about its removal.
