2 large pot holes forming, 15th April
I only noticed it on the weekend as I normally use the other lane. The pot holes are forming just after the light junction on the lane that goes around to the city. Not able to take a photo as too dangerous

Large hole in drainage cover (DANGER TO PUBLIC), 14th April
(EMERGENCY)Large hole in pavement which can cause life threatening injures (EMERGENCY). There's a plastic cover put over it however that itself has a holes in it and it isn't screwed on the pavement rather it can be moved away by anyone.

Worn road markings give way, 13th April
The paint on floor is worn and people think it’s ok to merge and not stop give way. There has been accidents weekly or near misses. It’s happened 3 times just to me and I’ve seen numerous near misses or actual accidents here. There is no marking on the floor, worn off. It’s dangerous. Another slip way coming onto this road but further down is the same going towards Howells and behind towards winterstoke but as coming into Bristol I’ve marked all 3.

Tree partly dying, 12th April
The trees in the foreground are ok. The one just visible over the 2 healthy trees is not growing properly this spring but appears to be dying back. There are 3 mountain ash trees together. I am concerned it has Ash Dieback. We dont want to lose all 3 of these lovely trees.
