Bs3 4bd - street light is far too bright and is causing issues, 17th April
Hello, the street light pictured is far too bright for this heavily residential area, it’s is blinding through my windows and I imagine every other flats windows who face it, of which there are many!
It has not always been like this and I am not sure what has changed but it needs to rectified cause I’m all for street lights but this is far too bright.

It’s Wednesday and recycling is still out on the street from Monday night because it’s not been collected. Council tax has had a massive increase but what are we paying for? Local government wants more money for a lesser service.

Blocked rd drainage drain just by malago industrial park on malago rd near railway bridge off st johns lane, 16th April
This drain has been blocked since last year. when it rains the above rd outside the malago industrial estate floods so bad that if a bus or lorry and van go down rd then people get soaked. i myself have been soaked a few times as its a blind corner going under railway bridge towards st johns lane. the drain is clogged with mud. x

Charging cable across path (no charge point, charges through letterbox), 15th April
This is a public footpath and gets used often by residents, my child has tripped over this along with others in the area. Please advise resident what they need to do. I think it is illegal to have across a path, especially without a cover but i am not sure. Resident is unwilling to talk about this issue. Very angry man. No 5 Maes Knoll Close

There is a large hole, approx 50 cm by 50c, 25cm deep, following some work open reach contactors were doing last week . this is a tripping hazard. directly outside 93 Novers Park Drive

2 large pot holes forming, 15th April
I only noticed it on the weekend as I normally use the other lane. The pot holes are forming just after the light junction on the lane that goes around to the city. Not able to take a photo as too dangerous

Large hole in drainage cover (DANGER TO PUBLIC), 14th April
(EMERGENCY)Large hole in pavement which can cause life threatening injures (EMERGENCY). There's a plastic cover put over it however that itself has a holes in it and it isn't screwed on the pavement rather it can be moved away by anyone.
