Further input on issue 5506855, 25th April
You have closed my previous report and I am therefore unable to reply to your message. Please explain why you believe that this is not urgent? This hole has increased in size with the drain now being used as a bin by pedestrians with waste building up. It is also preventing access of all vehicles to the Hambledon House car park. Not only does this mean that we are unable to park there (but do not qualify for a street permit as we have another car) but it would also prevent access in an emergency to emergency vehicles.
Please provide an update on the date that this will be fixed. The issue was raised 3 months ago and we are becoming increasingly frustrated.

Street lights still not fixed, 23rd April
2 lights are now not working on Friezewood Road outside 18 and 50 Despite reporting these multiple times the job keeps getting closed and saying they are fixed These are most definitely not fixed I suggest you liaise with the company who you employ to carry out this work and find out what is going on The light outside 18 Friezewood has not worked since autumn of 2023 and the one outside 50 has been out for at least 2 weeks now. We pay our council tax which includes adequate street lighting yet we don’t seem to have that luxury. We only have 5 lights in the street and with 2 of these STILL not working it has become a danger and a very big problem. Please get these fixed and stop closing the job down when they clearly are not fully working

Light illuminated 24/7, 22nd April
This light being on day and night was reported in December 2023, and the issue reported by BCC as 'fixed' and the enquiry 'closed' on 8 April 2024. However, the fault has returned within a week of the issue being closed, which has an environmental impact in terms of unnecessary energy usage and is wasting valuable City funds. Could this please be looked at again urgently? Thank you.
