Fall from the pavement outside the bakery in Keynsham High St, 16th April
Fall from the pavement outside the bakery in Keynsham High Street into the cycle path. I moved out of the way from oncoming walkers, and genuinely did not see that there was a lip down onto the cycle path. Result was a smashed nose and brusied head. This is a clear optical illusion, and is pretty dangerous.

The pavement adjoining manhole is broken and dangerous on the pavement at the end of the lane between Keynsham High Street and Tesco Car park,, 15th April
On Friday 5th April at 15:50, I was coming out of the lane between Keynsham High Street and Tesco Car park, when my foot caught on the uneven, damaged pavement surrounding the manhole cover. My foot twisted and I fell to the ground. When I went to stand up I could not put any weight on my left foot. A passer-by offered to help me as I was clearly in distress and could not stand properly. I knew the uneven, broken pavement had damaged my foot significantly. I was taken to hospital where I had an x-ray and I have broken my foot in 3 places. I will be seeking compensation for my injury. Please provide your insurance details and a council claim form.
