Finally, BN23 also hosts a range of annual community events. Peacehaven Town Council organises a seafront promenade festival every year, which includes stalls, live music and entertainment. Seaford Town Council also holds regular events throughout the year, such as antique fairs, live music concerts and a monthly farmer's market.
