Small village feel with plenty of shops and services. Low crime rate and peaceful. Handy for Blackpool,Poulton and even the motorway network. Close to beach at Knott End and the ferry to Fleetwood, pictured by the artist Lowry. A medical centre classed as "Excellent " ,a lovely place to live.
