I live in Longbridge Retirement Village. Longbridge is a developing new town and we are located in a multi storey building whose footprint (ground floor) occupies a B45 postcode location. However the 260 one and two bedroom apartments have been designated B31 postcodes. This situation has resulted in our motor owning residents at a considerable disadvantage, cost wise when insuring vehicles.
