Permit Holder Parking Bays being used by unauthorised vehicles, 25th June

Mon, 25 Jun 2018 12:27:45 +0100

The permit holder parking bays are constantly being used by builders working on the site at the corner of Pemberton Street & Warstone Lane and the site at the top of Pemberton Street. I have a permit and usually park on Pemberton Street, but now it is proving impossible. I was told by one builder that they had a temporary permit to park which I do not think is correct. This is very annoying given the amount of money charged for parking permits and the fact that our business have been told there is a 2 year waiting list for more. Then people who don't normally work in the area come along and just leave their vans on permit holder only bays.

Kids playing football and constantly making noise and hitting houses with their balls, 10th June

Sun, 10 Jun 2018 19:51:18 +0100

Constant ball games and other activity on the grove called Roland gardens that is making people angry as they cannot do anything because they are kids. The children screaming, shouting and riding bikes dangerously. No disregard for private property and slurs against members of the public asking to play at the park or move to an open area as they start throwing stones if they do. Their Parents do not care as long as they are out of the house. I would humbly request if you can put a No balls sign up in Roland gardens as they just make noise and disturb everyone in the area and get them annoyed...

The private accommodation which has 20 flats have tenants who continuously dump in this corner. There is a yellow wheelie bin that gets left out for weeks and belongs to one of the shops in that parade. The fly tipping is attracting rats and I have seen them outside my front garden. They will enter the house if this continues.
